About Eve Rogers

Eve grew up in Simcoe County and is delighted to have returned to the area after several years living on the west coast and abroad. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours) in English literature from the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver B.C., and a law degree (First Class Honours) from the University of Tasmania, in Hobart, Australia.
Eve began her legal career working at a pre-eminent corporate and commercial law firm in Toronto. Realizing she had a passion for advocacy, Eve returned to Simcoe County and worked for several years in civil litigation with a boutique law firm in Barrie before now transiting to practise Family Law. Eve has extensive experience assisting clients before the courts and in the mediation context. She is a former Board of Directors member for the Elizabeth Fry Society and the Simcoe County Young Professionals Association.
Eve recognizes that the goal for most clients is to reduce conflict and find a resolution. She is focused on helping her clients reach a fair and just result. As a compassionate and approachable person, Eve will do her utmost to listen to your concerns and needs, to help find the best course of action for you. She is passionate about client satisfaction and professional representation and employs reasonableness, integrity and a thorough approach to her practise while always being conscious of cost-effectiveness.
Eve’s first passion is her family. Eve is married and the mother of five young children, who keep her on her toes daily and fill nearly all of her spare time. Eve is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys hiking the trails in the Simcoe County area with her golden retriever.
